I spent most of my life in Florida.This place has fresh seafood flown in daily and is as good as any sushi joint I've ever been to.Don't let the strip mall type location fool you, nothing but top shelf artist here. A phenomenal dining experience.

Beer and wine are available, dessert includes green tea ice cream, (also tempura fried) pineapple sorbet served in a hallowed out pineapple and a chocolate pyramid. Not too pricey, and quality is extremely high.

Fuji Sushi is easily the greatest of the great. From gas station sushi to the finest spots in Detroit, Ann Arbor, or Grand Rapids, Fuji stands up to all others. Beyond reasonably priced, quick service, and unmatched professionalism: the City of Midland is lucky to have them. The entire staff works incredibly hard to get you what you want efficiently while refusing to neglect kindness. They take pride in their work and it's apparent in every order, in every experience. Finding a spot with as much consistency and care for their customers is a rarity. If you're looking for a great place for meetings, casual dining, or fancy dinners, look no where else other than here - forget about the skimpy excuses of the Sushi Art the likes of Maru. Pick a place where you know you'll be treated well. Pick Fuji.

The Waitresses are very friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. I asked my waitress about some of the different types of roles, and what might be very tasty. Especially in light of the fact that I am allergic to shrimp, and she helped me to avoid that. The menu is quite extensive, with an awful lot of choices . I had pan fried gyoza, and the tornado roll, which came out expertly prepared and gloriously presented. Staffing was perfect, not too intrusive and yet available when you needed to ask a question or needed something. This is a small restaurant, but very pleasant. I will definitely be back, and would recommend this place to anyone who like sushi.

Get the boat. You'll love the boat. Beautiful playing too...

Great food and great service. The staff listened and gave suggestions when I told them this was my first real sushi experience. Went with a chef's choice special and the server's did a great job telling the sushi chef to keep his choices for a novice sushi eater. Fish was fresh for being in Midland, MI. Their spicy tuna and salmon rolls are addictive. I go there for their lunch combos all the time now. Would definitely recommend!

Used to be better but still best in town. Last time we had dragon roll it there were too many sliced cucumbers inside. Still the sushi is best here.

Tucked away in a non-descript strip mall this little gem is worth stopping in! Clean, decorated with an interesting flair and the service is top notch. Wide variety on the menu and take outs are available...enjoy!

If you're looking for good sushi without breaking the bank, this is your spot! My husband and I get take out about once a month and have sushi lunch dates while the kids are in school. The food is always good and the service is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet relaxed atmosphere. Service was quick, and efficient. Food was delicious! I had 2 rolls and ordered a third to go for later. Very pleased.

Generous portions for the price. Clean store and quick, helpful service. The salmon was so good. The texture was uniform and it tasted very fresh and buttery. Much better than more expensive shops I've experienced.
